Payment options are really easy!
1. Send us an e-transfer. Email us at kingstonbiketours@gmail.com with the exact dollar amount (verified by previous email or telephone conversation) and you're good to go!
2. Pay Cash. We accept cash on bookings, payable before the tour starts.

No refunds will be given for any cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled reservation. On all other cancellations, a 25% charge will be applied on refund of payment.
On arrival of your scheduled tour, if it is determined that Kingston's weather conditions are unsafe for biking (i.e. thunderstorms, torrential rain, gale force winds),
